Everything was top. Customer front, breakfast with all personal, security and room service. I would like to thank especially Mme Ouaffae for her warm welcome and hospitality. We have been feeling like we are home. I would highly recommend everyone visiting Tangier to book this wonderful hotel. This hotel deserves to be rated as 5 stars hotel. The hotel was in a fantastic location, staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Since I'm interested in Moroccan design, Samad showed me the exquisite plaster work he'd done on the ceilings and walls of various spaces of the hotel. The rooftop view was unforgettable. Easy to get a taxi wherever you need to go.

First of all the staf was really respectfull towards us. It is a really decent hotel and very clean. The cleaning ladies work very thoroughly. The hotel is located really Well. Everything is on walking distance. We had a really good experience overall!
