The hotel is very well located and the staff were very professional. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by our host that offered us to choose between two rooms. The room we picked had a huge balcony and a beautiful view. Although we arrived late, they prepared for a us a delicious dinner. The place is very authentic to an amazigh village. We highly recommend this hotel.

Palma Ziz A wonderful place to stay—highly recommended. The view of Palm Canyon and the mountains is breathtaking. Although close to the main road, it is very quiet. The pool is a great perk for cooling down after sunbathing. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent with generous portions. We enjoyed a short hike in Palm Canyon and visited the quaint village of Ait Ahtman. There is also a large lake about a 20-minute drive towards Errachidia. While the road to the lake is not drivable, it's only a 15-minute walk from the main road. Having a car made our stay more convenient.

Accomodations, Cleanliness, and most importantly, customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was always very helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered all of the names. To name a few, Assad who was very attentive to my needs and making sure everything was good. Aziz and both Rachids, as well as all of the other people at the service desk and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful at all times. They exceeded my expectations. I would like to be back in the near future.
