Fatima was professional, in the most hospitable sense of the word. Not pushy and aggressive like so many male hoteliers I've had the displeasure to be hosted by in the past three weeks. She knows how to provide for her guests, instead of focusing on what her guests can provide her.. A nice woman's touch.
