Absolutely fantastic experience , the hotel exceeded all of our expectations, the staff were incredible friendly and attentive, the room were spotless and well decorated, and the location was perfect close. The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of choices and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast that is included is perfect, really good. We couldn it all of it. We also had dinner and it was awesome. Good food, chicken was great. Pizza was also good. At the restorable they have a playground for the kids.

Amazing view. The host went above and beyond and picked me up from the bus stop, let me use the washing machine in their personal home and dropped me into Matka village! Definitely one of the best spots I’ve stayed. It is a gravel hike up a hill to the property- but it’s worth it. Relaxed vibe and very clean. Would recommend! Thank you for my stay and your help Ilija :)

Excellent authentic hotel, very friendly owners, while we were waiting to check in the nice hostess of the hotel treated us to a pie, a wonderful view from the window and terrace, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, for an additional fee you can use the sauna.

A peaceful place at the base of the Ljuboten mountain. The property is close to Skopje and Tetovo yet remote enough for a relaxing retreat or to use as a base to explore the nearby nature. Many mountain activities are available directly from the owner. Amazing views from the property. The room and facilities are clean and equipped.
