The Duke hotel is located close to the city center, 5-6 min walk from the bus station and 10 min walk from Ċittadella. You can actually have a pretty view on the fortress from the 4th floor. There is also a shopping center in the same building and a cafe with nice sweets. I had a big room with a small corner with a table and chair. Safety box, mini bar, small wardrobe, big mirror, tea kettle with tea bags and instant coffee + cream were available in the room as well. I received a personalized postcard and chocolate present for Christmas, which was very cute. It seems some of the rooms have jacuzzi but I was not offered an upgrade. The room 204 was very quiet despite of the shopping mall on the ground floor. The breakfast was very diverse. You could order eggs the way you like them the be cooked: omelet with different fillings, poached, boiled, etc. The hotel is very responsive and provides the support needed via messages or phone call.

This place is an absolute gem. Kudos to Peter (the waiter), Tina (from housekeeping) and the Chef (breakfast was simply WOW) for a fantastic service! Everything looked just as advertised, yet somehow it exceeded our hopes. Perfect location, comfort and facilities. I cannot recommend this enough, and look forward to return next year!! We came back to this place after 10 years with no expectations, although it was great at the time. The place showed no signs of ageing - in fact, we were told it’s being refurbished every 2 years and one can notice it. It’s like new! Service more than impeccable. We would like to mention Frankie here especially- he is a fairy who read all our wishes from our lips and gave us a much better service than in any 5 Star hotel we stayed at. Thank you so much, again Frankie for your AMAZING hospitality! Nadur is a great place to slow down, relax and recharge and the Quaint an excellent place for this purpose. If you’re hungry, just go downstairs to the Fat Rabbit - excellent cuisine and value for money! We‘ll be back hopefully soon for a wonderful timeout!! Thank you!

We loved the way this elegant Townhouse in the centre of Victoria has been converted into stylish contemporary accommodation. Joseph is a welcoming host, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable to the highest standard. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet too. Highly recommended.

The property was very lovely, rooms a good size and spotless. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Easy walking to restaurants in the church square around 15 minutes maximum and on a bus route (though buses only hourly and sometimes didn’t stop) other bus routes close by 10 minutes walk. Pool was rooftop sunbathing area was good to have. Breakfast was plentiful.
