Had a very pleasant stay. Both Biana and her husband, Rockfano, were lovely people who could not have been more accommodating The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony offering a great view of Rodrigues lagoon. The property was set near the mouth of a lush valley in Port Sud-Est, with stunning nature on the doorstep and, though somewhat distant from the kitespot and nearest eateries, a scooter was available for hire. There was also the possibility of eating delicious home cooked food and a kitchenette with fridge, hob and microwave was available for use for when I wanted to cook for myself. Will be back.

We had an amazing stay at Le Marin, the view on the sea is just breathtaking, it is just a few minutes from the best beach of Rodrigues. The rooms have a perfect size and beds (twin room) are comfy, very clean. The hotel is still doing the finishes to part of the construction but it did not at all bother us as it is on the other side, no noise . The restaurant offered really delicious local meals and was careful to my food allergies, grateful to the kindness of the staff for making our stay memorable despite the cyclone nearby. The infinity edge pool was sparkling and wonderful. We have been to Rodrigues several times we have been really happy here. Thank you !

Everything: It is located right next to the Port Mathurin’s (Rodrigues Capital City) Bus Station, so every facility that you can imagine is nearby - banks, shops, markets, buses, taxis, you name it. The staff made my stay so authentic and fulfilling - Stenio and Christelle have been super welcoming, warm and trustworthy - that was irreplaceable. The bonus is that Bon Vivant Front de Mer is located in front of the sea. Such a serene place and very cosy - it is the best place for anyone who wishes to disconnect from the world. There is also a running track next to the hotel, so it’s pretty cool. I enjoyed how easy it was to walk to Anse aux Anglais beach.

We had a great time at Or saison. We were looking for a calm and relaxing place and we were not dissapointed. Jessika and Lino are very welcoming hosts. The food and drinks were excellent.

Port Mathurin wasn't our favorite place.

Port Mathurin wasn't our favorite place. We only went there to do our grocery shopping at the mini-market. We stopped by the market on Saturday out of curiosity, but apart from a few small jars of sauce to take home, we didn't buy anything. The fruit and vegetables would have been interesting, but we were leaving the next day.

The place is very close to some restaurants and is a 20 minute walk to port mathurin, in which you have more restaurants and stores and also where you can take buses to the rest of the island. The rooms were very clean and it was cleaned everyday. The host was very helpful and always arranged or advised us on transportation via taxi or bus. He even went the extra mile and booked us some snorkeling last minute after the one we had got cancelled, which we really appreciated.

Great Location in Port Mathurin, staff are good, food is great, except that i prefer less salt. Place is cozy, airconditioning is available. Parking is also available.
