Excellent staff members. Very kind and relaxed, not pushing. Very willing to help. We could leave our backpacks in a locked room while we did another trip of 2 nights. Helped us book every single detail of our trip. Arranged a comfortable stay at the illala ferry in detail. Zikomo kwambiri!
