WoW WoW WoW! What an Amazing experience at the Sana Hotel, on the most amazing Beach in Tulum! 🤩 with Unbelievable Rooftop Pool! Heated pool! 😍 Very special Moroccan Design! Everything is completely new! And luxurious. The staff was making sure we having a great time for our entire stay. Very welcoming feeling from the moment we entered the Hotel. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Very recommended Hotel in Tulum! Can’t wait for my next visit here. Unforgettable experience 🤠

An Unforgettable Paradise at Los Arrecifes☀️🌊🫶🐚💫 From the moment we arrived at Los Arrecifes, our hearts were filled with warmth and joy. The outstanding hospitality of Lupe and the entire hotel team made us feel like cherished guests. They welcomed us with refreshing drinks, setting the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was a sanctuary of relaxation, thoughtfully designed to provide both aesthetic pleasure and ultimate comfort. Overlooking the breathtaking Caribbean Sea, every morning was a delight as we woke up to the mesmerizing view. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the summer veranda were exquisite experiences, made even more magical by the backdrop of Tulum sunsets. The panoramic views from the top platform of the hotel created the perfect setting for romantic evenings and rejuvenating yoga. Throughout our stay, we couldn't help but notice the dedication and cheerfulness of the staff, who treated us like family. Victor and Joel, with their infectious energy, ensured that every day started with a positive vibe☀️. Sasil and Pek, the enchanting dogs with their charming Mayan names, added an extra layer of charm to the hotel, making us feel even more at home. And special thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Marta, that’s unforgettable. And oh, the culinary delights crafted by Chef Edgar! Every meal was a revelation of fresh, natural ingredients expertly combined to create an explosion of flavors. The chef's dishes were unparalleled, leaving us enchanted and claiming the top spot among all the restaurants we visited in the area. As our last day approaches, we find ourselves savoring every second here, cherishing the memories we've created, and wishing time would slow down. Los Arrecifes has woven its way into our hearts, and we know for certain that we will return to this paradise. Wonderful stay at NABOA, the hotel is a lovely new boutique and felt like an oasis away from the busy beach district or town. All the staff were incredible and attentive and I would highly recommend staying here as opposed to some of the main hotels in the area. The only negative could perhaps be the location as you need to drive or get taxis realistically to reach town or the beach but we used an ATV to get about and taxis in the evening and worked perfect for us. To experience the area properly you should have a mode of transport anyway.

What really sets Xela apart is its modern interior, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed by the owner as a private home for family and friends, the thoughtful touches and cosy decor make you feel right at home. Each space is stylish yet comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The staff were super friendly, attentive and always ready to assist with anything from restaurant recommendations to arranging activities. Their genuine care for guests enhances the welcoming environment that makes this hotel so special. If you're looking for a delightful escape in Tulum, Xela is the perfect choice. We can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning soon!

We loved their concept of beautifully designed bungalows that seamlessly blend luxury with nature. Our bungalow offered a view into the lush jungle, allowing us to immerse in the beautiful nature and wildlife of Tulum. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's beachfront location and the lovely staff at the reception, who were not only friendly but genuinely attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From personalised recommendations for local activities to prompt service at the beach, we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. The Nest is the perfect getaway for relaxation and luxury. We can't wait to return to this gem in Tulum! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning hotel, only 3 months old, design and decor was gorgeous. Beds super comfy, espresso coffee maker, beach towels. We ate here a few times and food was amazing.. All staff superhelpful and friendly. Always happy to help. Walking distance to plenty of shops, supermarket and arms. Beach and infinity pool was also great. Lovely sun loungers, and great coffee. Being next door to KANAN beach club was also cool, as could sit in our hotel beach beds listing to the DJ play until 6pm. Hammocks on beach. Drinks reasonable. Rooftop jacuzzi was a massive plus, and views whilst there were stunning. We thought being right in middle of all the big clubs would be too noisy, but it wasn't. Didn't effect us at all. We were sad to leave we absolutely loved this place. Collectivio vans 30 pesos to town or other sights right outside hotel. Walk over road and can book tours to cenotes etc.. A few paces walk to the big art structure place, with all the famous wicker statues. Opp Taco place.
