We enjoyed the place a lot, staff were very helpful. Although I lost my guarantee letter I was still given back my cash. Definitely coming back this place was one of the things that made me love Penang. The breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties. 😅I wish the way to the parking was a little bit bigger, but it was fine.

As a stopover hostel this is perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds with light duvet, 2 soft pillows, air conditioning, hanging space. Clean linen and a clean towel, liquid soap provided in bathroom and a good hot shower - very close to room, so almost like ensuite. Free refillable water for bottles, a coffee machine for which you have to pay. There is a washing machine here also. It was difficult to find but we arrived early, look hard on Google maps this is flat 1H, just walk in the gate and you'll discover that it's a hostel.

great if you have your own transportation. going out is usually 30mins drive or more. not because of the distance, more cause of the traffic jam. some 20km drive can take up to an hour during rush hours.

Self contained township with abundant facilities such as food and beverage outlets, shops and banks and lesser traffic congestion compared to Georgetown. This makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Penang.

We had to travel to get to places.

We had to travel to get to places. Hotel has only a fishing beach but we took Grab taxi most places or used buses. All quite reasonable and cheap. If we could pick the hotel up and move to a better beach without travel we would. If planning now would have gone there for a week then maybe to KL or Singapore for the other week. However we managed to see all places of interest during our stay. Went north for the batu f beach and monkey beach. We went to Butterfly and Goat Farms, went to the botanical park, lots of monkeys there too and a Balik factory. The following week we took Grab or a bus to George Town, little India, found a nice Reggae Club with great vibes and red, gold and green interior, took a Grab over bridge 2, then a boat to Oran u tang island. Had to get the hotel staff to call a taxi on way back. Lots of places you can just do off your own back with a bus or taxi, very easy and much cheaper.

this place is good for an overnight stay ONLY, it's very Halal, and does not cater for international guests in regards to Bar or decent restaurant , being so close to the airport you would think it would. but sadly NO !!! the owners are missing a very big OS and corporate clientele here but That's their decision ????? PITY because it has so much potential

Good place to locate oneself from the airport or from across from the 2nd Bridge. On checking in- and a comment for all gated accommodation in Malaysia on Booking.com- we need to ask ourselves a fundamental question: who are we gate-keeping? Who are we keeping in safe-and from whom? Who are we attempting to keep out-and why, given the relative safety and security of Malaysia- a notable feature of the country? These questions need answering before visitors feel completely comfortable with what seems overly complicated check in/out processes

Reasonable price out of all the hotels in Penang but distance is far from all the attractions spots and famous foods spots. Basement parking is clean, bright and great. Only a few receptionists at the premier counter greeted us and offered helping hand to send our luggage and bags up our room although we do not need the help. Other than this nothing else.

The location is perfect if you have business around Bayan Baru & Bayan Lepas FIZ. Close to eateries, Giant, mosque etc. Open car parking is a non-issue where you find lacking in most part of Penang island. Food served are mostly favorite local dishes.

We love the hotel location in Teluk Kumbar, slightly less traffic jams compared to Georgetown or Batu Feringghi, nearer to the airport. Lots of good eating places nearby and around Bayan Lepas area. As a bonus, nice sunset view from the balcony.

Comfy and spacious room for an overnight near Penang Airport. They also helped me arrange a taxi for early in the morning since my flight was at 7am. Would recommend booking if you want somewhere comfortable before an early flight.
