My stay with Lusi was truly exceptional. The place was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as expected. I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
