The SAVV Hotel gets a 10 on all counts. The staff do their all to make your stay memorable. Facilities: Excellent in all respects, and the whole place is clean as if there was a general inspection. The bed, and rooms are very comfy, and the location is great, as are the views. It's great value for your money. I've already extended my stay.

We had a room in the heritage wing and it was huge. The bathroom is almost as big as some rooms in inner city hotels in e.g., Tokyo. The seating area with the sofa was great for relaxing in the evening. I also liked that we had plenty of water (and other minibar items) everyday, including a newspaper. The breakfast at Sarkies was great; we especially liked the Omelette and Roti station, and also the Kue Talam. Lastly, we mostly stayed at the Heritage Wing pool, which is very scenic, with the ocean on one side and the historic building on the other.

While parking can be challenging, the staff go above and beyond to assist guests. Exceptional Breakfasts: Rotating set menus featuring Chinese, Nyonya and other local food varieties were a delicious highlight of each morning. Outstanding Service: Staff provided excellent recommendations, helped with parking logistics, and even suggested personalized city tours and touristy experiences. Futhermore, the staff proactively offered access to a sister property's swimming facilities - we regrettably didn't have time to take advantage, but appreciated the thoughtful gesture during the hottest month in Malaysia. Stylish Design: Beautiful boutique interiors with Aesop toiletries and well-maintained facilities.

very nicely designed rooms with very friendly staff, providing us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go and visit. They are very helpful and can reach out to them easily via whatsapp for questions. they provide little local snacks each night for us to try. one thing i didn't read properly is that there is no TV in the room, but it was fine. we were watching on ipads and just chill in the room
