From the time I booked until I left the whole experience was top notch. Prior to my arrival, Gerda was kind enough to book a morning outing for me that I was struggling to find information on. Nikki was waiting for me on arrival, check in was simple and easy, and my room was ready and waiting for me. The meals are excellent but remember to save room for dessert - you will not be disappointed! Grounds are lovely and the views from my room were stunning. I had arrived a few days before the rest of my group and couldn’t have picked a more welcoming, relaxing place to recharge and adjust to the time difference. To top it off, on my last morning I was treated to visits by waterbucks and kudos at the waterhole near my room.

Sybille was an absolutely incredible host - she made our trip from Canada so much easier: from helping us arrange our cat's import permits to collecting us from the airport, I can't imagine doing this trip without her help! Everything was perfect. The staff members were incredibly friendly , attentive and helpful. The views are just stunning, the room was so beautiful. The members of the staff had offered us lighting up the fireplace, which we had and it gave such a cozy vibes. We loved staying at Zannier Omaanda.
