Beautiful location, a lot of care in the aesthetics. The pool was so nice to chill inside and around. They even bring you drinks and food to the pool! AC in the room was amazing, good shower and comfy bed. The place is really peaceful and located right behind Playa Roca which is really good for surf! Owners were so sweet and the staff was very attentionate and professional. The included breakfasts were probably the most varied and high quality we had in Nicaragua. The food at the restaurant is done by an Italian chef and is just so good, all of it. You have to try the lemon ice cream! Could not recommend this place enough, would definitely come back!

Great location, beach front, and close to many restaurants. Easy access by bus from Leon! Clean facilities and room. There are bikes for use. The swimming pool is very refreshing. Good food at a very reasonable price! Silvana and all her staff are very friendly and welcoming.

This place is amazing! It is so, so beautiful! The rooms are really spacious, pool area is really nicely made. The place is new and very clean. There are only 4 rooms so it feels very private. The owner is very friendly. We also enjoyed food & drinks in here. We had a great time and would definitely come back :) This place is a gem

Loved EVERYTHING! I stayed alone in a family bungalow. It was everything I wished for. Loved waking up for the noise of animals. Close to the beach. The restaurant was nice, good food, cocktails. Bathroom is the nicest I have ever seen in a bungalow. For me this was truly PARADISE. I wish I could have stayed there forever. I dont think I have ever like a place so much than this.
