Lovely location, good size room & great facilities. I was travelling with dogs for shows & I was given a very accessible room & the area had good walks for them. No request was too difficult for the hotel. I was out early every morning so opted for the breakfast bag which was superb for the day. Highly recommend the hotel.

Deil itself is small and situated on the water.

Deil itself is small and situated on the water. We wanted to take a walk, but there was no sidewalk or footpath. Due in part to bad weather, we didn't see much. There were many cyclists on the road. The towns of Buren (take a map so you can see all the sights; there's a charming pancake house) and Culemborg are very nice nearby. Tiel is also nice.
