the location is fantastic, right in the centre. the building is an old converted house. the owner was great and upgraded us to the attic as it was our honeymoon. I would highly recommended taking either rooms 10 or 11.

Had an amazing stay after a busy week at Centre Parcs at De Kempervennen. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere and was so relaxing but actually a few minutes drive from Naarden where nice shops and restaurants. The accommodation was so clean and the facilities to use were excellent. The beds were super comfortable and the hostess was lovely and welcoming and all the tiny dogs. Beautiful scenery. We did not use the pool or sauna as not enough time. Easy to drive or train into Amsterdam.

The hotel is actually a large house, very well maintained with a classic design. There is a lot of privacy, in fact I occasionally heard staff or other residents, but apart from breakfast hours I didn't see anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, from the shower to the bed, the courtyard is beautiful, and the only staff member I met was lovely. Recommended experience, I will definitely be back.

Naarden is a picturesque small town with a unique character.

Naarden is a picturesque small town with a unique character. Its unusual star shaped fortifications make it a really interesting location to visit. It would have been good to have more time to explore this town further rather than the one night we had there. It is relatively quiet but has a delicious ice cream parlour and a well stocked deli!

Naarden is worth seeing, but compared to other Dutch cities, not a place with enough going on. I think if you are looking for a quiet get away it’s a great place with a feeling of family gathering town. We had one of the best meals of our trips at the hotel in town. You can walk the city walls to view the moat. Naarden is a good starting point for day trips to local sights of interest.

It's lovely to stroll through the old town and along the ramparts. There are plenty of charming spots in Naarden for coffee, sandwiches, or dinner. A supermarket is just a short drive or bike ride away.

Naarden is a historic fortified town that also has a lot to offer those interested in fortifications! The Vesting restaurant is highly recommended. A walk along the ramparts is simply magnificent.

Naarden is a charming town just outside Amsterdam. It's a great place for a stroll, a pleasant terrace, or a drink in a traditional Dutch pub. There are also several restaurants where you can enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is village-like, and that's precisely what makes Naarden so special.

Love the location! Naarden is surprisingly a very nice, charming little city. The B&B is within a walking distance to the centre, very beautiful surrounding, local market on Saturday morning, little shops and cafes... Amsterdam can be reached in 20minutes by car. Inga is a very friendly, attentive host. The B&B has everything you need! It is also dog friendly. Highly recommended! We already made plans to come back

Overall a wonderful location in the city centre of Naarden Vesting. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and we loved both the romantic room on the top level as well as the beautiful room near the entrance. As we spent the night here with another couple, it was very nice to feel complete privacy with the living room / kitchen in between both rooms.

It’s a cute place but the stairs are like a ladder so if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. Our room was really small, the bed a bit saggy, but it’s a cute place and the price is reasonable. The room on the top floor was sweet. It’s a very quiet town, but the hotel has excellent food.
