Super friendly staff, great room and peaceful location! Booked breakfast but I woke up late. When I told the reception they cancelled the costs for the breakfast, which was very much appreciated!

The location with in Leeuwarden was amazing. Parking was convenient and close by it was just a short walk down a very quaint cobble stoned street. The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional.

I will use again this place on my next visits! Hotel is part of the university and run by young students, very professional and skilled. Breakfast is a la carte and it is very well done. There is free parking for hotel customers. City center is very close in a walking distance. I had to shorten my business visit and I was refunded for the extra days already payd. I was not pretending to get money back and not even asking because was my fault to leave in advance. That made me really positively surprised and got confirmed that there is very professional engine behind those guys and girls. I liked also the no plastic concept used. Keep it running on same way! See you on next time.

The room was quiet, I liked the balcony. It was right across the street from the train station which was great as I didn't have to drag my luggage too far. It was also close to the centre, restaurants, movie theatre.

Weidum is located near beautiful cities like Leeuwarden, Harlingen, and Sneek. The North Sea is just over an hour away by bicycle. It's well-connected to the excellent Dutch cycling network. Restaurants and cafes offering delicious food are nearby.

This is a nice little hotel in a lovely setting. We stayed in one of the "cubes" which are set in a field backing on to a canal and reed beds. Some pleasure craft using the canal were only meters away. Breakfast and dinner were in the main (farm) buildings and were good, with emphasis on local produce. The "cubes" had good facilities, the Wi Fi worked, and there was ample room for a large dog.
