a beautiful complex, elegantly furnished, with lovely helpful staff, all set in lovely parkland. We were lucky in that, although this is mainly set up for business conferences, it was a public holiday and only a few other guests were staying there. Bliss.

A superb place. Beautifully furnished, excellent ensuite bathroom and incredibly quiet. There's a very efficient heat pump/aircon to cope with the varying climate in the Netherlands. The weather was cold when I stayed and the heat pump soon warmed the room up to a very comfortable temperature. The owner is friendly and helpful, and delightfully cheerful. The shared kitchen is very nice, with everything you could possibly need including tea, pod coffee, condiments, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and more. I loved my stay here and would choose it over a regular hotel every time. I didn't choose to include breakfast as I don't normally have a hotel breakfast, preferring to buy some museli and yoghurt, but I was given a lovely little bowl of granola anyway. Overall - outstanding in every way.

Really friendly staff, great location (just a 5 min walk to the canal and city centre), easy parking and overall beautiful and comfortable hotel. Room was big (standard room with balcony), quiet (no noise from outside or hallway), very clean and well kept. Definitely better than expected!

The room was really cool! Nice big room with big bed and lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and plenty of room in it. The location is brilliant! It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre but is in its own little area with lots of bars and restaurants and is very close to the canal. I loved walking in and out of the main city as the walk is along a canal in a very pleasant part of the town.

Beautiful location and a good distance from Utrecht and the surrounding area. Good, high-quality food in the very clean restaurant. It's a shame they don't also offer one or two simple menus, but it was delicious.

A good base for visiting Utrecht.

A good base for visiting Utrecht. Zeist itself boasts a large, wooded walking and cycling area. The town center is small, but there are several nearby attractions, such as the castle and the neighborhood with its large villas.

Zeist city center is a beautiful, large village.

Zeist city center is a beautiful, large village. Zeist Castle was beautiful, but unfortunately we couldn't visit it because we arrived at 4:00 PM and the tours were from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. What a shame! You can take some wonderful walks in the woods. Beautiful fauna and flora!

Location is good, didn’t get around to trying the restaurant which has a very high rating. The hotel itself is a bit run down though. I don’t think that major maintenance has been done since the 1980s or something like that. It’s not filthy, so that’s OK. But it’s sparse.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. Swimming pool and sauna were great and we got a free upgrade to the suite which was absolutely incredible! Free parking was available on site and the hotel had a fancy restaurant as well (we did not dine there).

Good food at breakfast and dinner. Hotel is situated in the forest, so fresh air and good feelings. Front desk personnel is very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The beds, bed linnen, and pillows are great!
