We loved that we were here in off season so, it wasn’t packed with people. We got lucky with the weather too. We definitely will recommend! We loved the hike to the waterfalls, seeing the goats & llamas. We ate lunch in the cute cafe across from the hotel and had pizza in the bar. The walk down the stairs by the waterfall to town was v cool too.

It was great.

It was great. If you come in by bus and don't stop at Eagles Nest lookoff, go back up to see it. One way is to rent the little green eMob vehicles (2 passanger max), which actually work very well.

The most beautiful place in Norway, till now.

The most beautiful place in Norway, till now. Take the fjord cruise, more important, take a panoramic tour to the Eagle bend and a few other view points, the fjord looks more beautiful from the hill.

Spectacularly beautiful location with a variety of activities to engage and appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. A smorgasbord of walks with majestic views of the fjord and surrounding mountains to cater for all abilities. A ferry ride on the fjiord and a kayaking trip gave a water view perspective of the sheer cliff edges and numerous waterfalls. Byserk Burgers was a great spot to refuel after a solid walk.

Beautiful views, fjords information centre and park right behind hotel and gorgeous waterfall nearby. Pool area looked clean ( has 2). W Breakfast included was a bonus. Very peaceful and relaxing. Did not feel crowded at all with huge lounge areas.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the Fjord. The view from the restaurant is truly spectacular. We didn't eat our evening meal here but the breakfast experience was first-class. Even if you are pushed for time make an hour available to sit and enjoy the outdoor heated pool....it is wonderful. The entire ambience of the hotel is welcoming and the reception are more than obliging. Also take some time to check out the Car museum in the basement, it's a living history lesson of the hotel's past

The friendly reception and the comfort fo the beds. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was very well done and tasty. The view from the restaurant downtown is fabulous. It is worth a reservation to get the view of the fiord from both the room(if you book one) and of the fiord.

The hotel was in the center of Geiranger, so everything was easy to reach, like the ferry. Breakfast was very good. Not so convenient was parking. There are not so many parking spots around and you have to pay extra.

The hotel is amazing - everything about it is perfect: location, staff, facilities, food, rooms. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). Definitely the best in our Norway journey.
