Location convenient. From this hotel you can reach the view tower in 5 min walk. Wifi, hot water, breakfast are good. I also had a decent dinner there. The owner is very nice and helpful person.

The kindness and warmth of the staff and the owner touched my heart deeply — it truly felt like being embraced by family. Even though there is nothing flashy around, what I found here is something far more precious: genuine hospitality. The breathtaking view of the Himalayas, especially after the rain when the mountains shone in all their glory, was remarkable. Yet what moved me even more was the sincere care and smiles of the people here. When I return, I look forward not only to the stunning scenery but also to enjoying the delicious chicken curry rice again. The time I spent here was not just a part of my travels — it became a memory that will remain in my heart forever.

The fact that we could see the sunrise and the snow mountains from our balcony made our stay magnificent! We "escaped" from another hotel that was in a noisy area (lakeside) and it was such a contrast to arrive to the peace of the mountains. We LOVED everything about this place: spacious and beautiful rooms, wonderful restaurant, panorama view from the roof, massage service, the tentativeness of the staff. We had a wonderful guide for a tour around the area. Even the fact that 1/2 of our days was rainy didn't hinder the experience. 100% recommended!

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect place to unwind after 10 days trekking. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and spoke impeccable english. He helped us with every request and provided helpful information. The rest of the staff followed this example and did everything they could to facilitate our stay. They include a complimentary use of the cable car, which we used to watch the sunrise in the morning. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with a/c and beds were really comfortable with good quality bedding. Since the property is on the hill it has amazing views of the surrounding area. The food is more expensive than in Lakeside but it was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the range of curries and local dishes. They have a good spa facilities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. Which we enjoyed using between our visits to lakeside.

The staff are cordial and well-mannered. They are very helpful. It is a 5-min drive up the hill and offers nice views. The rooms are comfortable and the price is extremely reasonable. The owner helps orphaned children and part of the proceeds also go to them.

The fact that we could see the sunrise and the snow mountains from our balcony made our stay magnificent!
