Great, helpful and friendly check-in young lady. Easy parking almost directly outside your room. Great hot water and heat. Good WiFi connection. Nice large refrigerator. King/queen size bed. Quiet location, Very clean room.

The Suites Ashburton is located in the middle of Nelson and Invercargill, halfway of Picton and Dunedin, a good place for travellors to have a stay in between.

The owners Des and Kay were really accommodating, friendly and helpful. We have been in NZ travelling for 2 weeks. They were the only owner/managers who bothered to write to us before we arrived asking if we needed anything special or could they help with anything. ON arrival they upgraded us to a better room based on our needs. And they had no problem us vacating the room an hour later, as we had some important admin things to do with their good WIFI.
