Rene was an amazing host. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and made with local ingredients. It is close to the main wine district (how we came across the property) but is worth just staying there. The property is serene with farm animals, groves, beautiful landscaping, and bird song. The room was large and comfortable with a private bath and patio. The place was also stylish and well decorated. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit NZ and would definitely recommend to friends and family if they plan a future trip there as well.

This lovely cottage is so well thought out with every little detail, it made our stay feel like a home away from home. Peaceful, quiet, great views. A large, beautiful, spacious and house with everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy living room with fireplace, large bedrooms with soft beds, kitchen with all the necessary facilities, plenty of dishes, and an excellent espresso machine, bathroom with small sauna and shower with good hot water pressure. I fell in love with this place at first sight. The house is very clean and has many beautiful details and objects. And the host, Sarah, is amazing, very kind, helpful.
