We had such a wonderful stay at Killmarnock House, and it was all thanks to Cintia, who truly made everything special. The room was beautiful, cozy, and felt like a little home away from home. Even though we arrived a bit later, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. Inside our room, we were touched to find a sweet handwritten card along with some candies, snacks, and fresh milk, tea and coffee ready for us. Those little details made such a difference and showed how much care she puts into making guests comfortable. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. For the price, it’s such great value much more than we expected! If you’re looking for a stay that feels warm, personal, and welcoming, you should definitely book here. We can’t recommend it enough!

Traveled south to support our basketball tem who played in Dunedin. Mosgiel was close enough for a short trip into town, yet far enough out to avoid any hussel & bussel of city life. Close to the airport for our departure. Lovely little town with all the services you could need. I'll be back to stay again.

We were only there as a stopover to Dunedin Hospital but as a base for future trips to the district we would certainly use it as an option for the future. As a motel it was impressive and we would recommend it to future "users".

Mosgiel is a pretty town that has a lot of lovely shops, we were happy to stay in a quiet location with beautiful scenery. Would recommend dining at The Black Sheep. Best restaurant we have been to in a very long time.

Nellys restaurant great meals value for money. The towns small enough to meander through and if your looking for something specific just ask one of the lovely shop staff/owners. Everyone was most welcoming and friendly, even when i misread the drink and called it marmalade lemonade the waitress had a laugh and even asked if i liked their marmalade lemonade, it Said Homemade.

Lovely old Town with some fabulous old houses, I'm always happy to see a town retain some of its original character. The traffic a breeze, not a rage road in sight. The townsfolk friendly and relaxed. Good cafesin town as well.

We needed a place to stay overnight, so we found mosgiel regency motel online, we were actually welcomed by a cat sitting at the reception door which i found very cool and then there was a lady inside who greeted me with a nice smile, she was so nice and kind, gave us our key took me to the room, also gave me a parking which was more convenient,the heatpump was already on and there was a heater in the bathroom too, i highly recommended this place, close to motorway and lot of nice food around, will surely stay there in future, thanks

We wanted to stay out of the city of Dunedin, so chose Mosgiel as our base. The motel was perfect for our needs. We couldn't have wished for anything more, apart from more time to stay. You could easily spend a week here but we just had the one night. There's plenty of room for suitcases and drawer and hanging space for clothes. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it seemed to have plenty of cooking utensils to make meals. The outlook from the verandah was lovely, and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Hunters Moon is a beautiful bed and breakfast farm stay out in a serene countryside. It's location is only a few minutes away from Mosgiel township and only kilometers down the road from Dunedin. Being in the country it offers many places to walk plus it's close to Wingatui race track if you want to spend time at the horse races. The value for money was worth every cent. Good size rooms, most with ensuites, very clean, tidy and welcoming.

The barn was very clean, the owners were really easy to work with, they offered to have lights on and fire lit if I was going to be a late checking in. Short drive into Mosgiel where there was a grocery store and lots of restaurants and a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Dunedin.
