Absolute luxury! The whole apartment (deluxe 2 bedroom apartment) was extremely stylish and modern. The kitchen was complete with everything you could need. The hot tub was a godsend after a long day of hiking and kayaking.

Beautiful surroundings and garden, our room was facing the garden and it was elegant and stylish, with a very comfortable bed. We liked the atmosphere and the person at the reception was friendly and welcoming. It’s only a few minutes from the township but removed from any noise and extremely peaceful and serene.

Great location. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Exceptionally helpful staff. I highly recommend. It comes with milk in the fridge and they will give you more if you need it. Great heat.

We were due to spend 2 nights here but a major accident shut the only road on the West Coast so we had to find accommodation for the first night elsewhere. The Scenic could not have been more fantastic. They said they would not charge us for the first night and took all of the stress out of a difficult situation. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room/suite once we arrived was well equipped and very spacious. Great central location. Did not eat here so cannot comment on food.

We loved this cottage as it was so comfortable and had an amazing view of Franz Joseph Glacier. We loved that it was a little out of the main township and in a rural environment. Although it is on the main road which is super quiet at night it is cleverly landscaped to minimise car noise and enhance privacy. It was a great place to have as a base to explore the district.
