Easy to find. Doable distance from the Picton car ferry and Abel Tasman.. Excellent facilities. Pleasant friendly staff who gave good recommendations for an evening meal and helped us to use the laundry. Off street parking right outside the apartment. Good place to visit the Nelson attractions, particularly the car museum with its cafe and excellent gift shop. Highly recommended.

Very nice studio with everything you could need and a few extra little touches and comforts added in, which was appreciated. extended my stay a few days as was very cosy, nice little secluded walk through the medeow around the back and across the main road 2 friendly pigs which were running up and down as i came back with a snack for them was very nice,, without forgetting the friendly cat at the Studio and the fresh food growing around adding to the charm. So was very relaxing Thankyou Sheree, all the best

Richmond is a great suburb 15mins from Nelson central . Close to many places and things to do , easy drive to many of the areas attractions. Great boutique movie theatre just 2mins away , shops,beaches, rivers, fishing ponds, shopping , wineries and more

Good central point to explore the Nelson/Tasman area.

Good central point to explore the Nelson/Tasman area. Easy drive to the Abel tasman for a boat trip and beaches. Mapua is lovely. We enjoyed driving to the Willow bank heritage village open day in Wakefield and the lovely landscape on the drive there. Also a great bakery in Wakefield. Everything you need shopping wise is very close by in Richmond.

It's easy to get around Richmond and there are plenty of...

It's easy to get around Richmond and there are plenty of shopping and eating options. However I personally wouldn't stay there again, unless you have a specific reason to be there as there's not much to see or do - except for a tour of Pic's peanut butter factory. Avoid the main road out of Nelson as this was heavily congested most of the time.

I am sorry I put the wrong review with the wrong accommodation this accommodation was clean and tidy. Staff were wonderful. Sadly not enough hot water to do dishes in the evening then have 2 showers. Communal kitchen was a bit dirty though. Filthy class growing something in cupboard, 1 of the oven poured out smoke and the other ones seals were hanging out of the door. Had lots on information at the front desk which was very helpful.

The town was easy to navigate, the mall in particular was...

The town was easy to navigate, the mall in particular was very compact but full of variety. Everything was easy to get to, very little traffic related delays or issues. The food was all reasonably priced, definiately wish we could have been there longer!

Arrived to find an exceptionally well stocked fridge and pantry. Everything had been thought of. Accommodation was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect- away from it all but still close to Richmond. Owners were friendly and helpful but respected our privacy.
