Located in a small mountain village, it is recommended for active hikers.There is a well-maintained nature trail, with a presentation of local farming, a walk to a lookout or a... - Stunning panorama once you get up to the village. (4x4 off-road vehicle required, or you can take a local lift from the end of the tarmac road) - A friendly and cooperative welcome. Dinner and breakfast are all-you-can-eat buffet, varied and delicious. More than you would expect in a small local village. - In the evening we enjoyed the view and dinner from a very cosy heated terrace. - The room was fair, clean and tidy. In keeping with local tradition, there is no glazing in the windows, but there are blackout blinds and electric heating.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Şaqrah, the suwgra-Al-Jabal Al-Akdar is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Saif is a wonderful, friendly host! This was our last night in Oman (sadly). Saif welcomed us with Omani coffee, dates and fruit, and we enjoyed discussions with him and learning about his culture. Our room was clean and comfortable. Saif's wife prepared us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The location is superb. We hiked in the mountains above Wakan and explored the Wadi Mistal area. Thank you Saif!

I took family room and the room size was fantastic, I liked the sofa bed which made it easier for my family, the view was very nice, the breakfast is good.. I think the hotel is under rated
