Andres and his family were absolutely the most generous and kind humans. Wanting to connect and truly make travellers feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner space! Truly, spotless. And the bed was like Heaven and so were the sheets!! Sleep was amazing and safe and secure.

Great hotel in the middle of jungle. Free tour around the hotel. We saw many birds and sloths, monkeys, frogs and butterflies. Room was very nice with jungle view and delicious breakfast. We also had lunch and it was great.

Monkey lodge is a real gem - the family who run it are wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The setting is incredible. They organised transfers for us, and we paid extra for a boat tour where we got to hand feed monkeys - a once in a lifetime experience.

Hotel, staff, rooms everything was amazing! Everybody was so kind and helpful! Shout out to everybody at the reception and at the entrance, you made us feel like home! I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. When you arrive at the Sofitel Legend you have the feeling to enter a different century. The elegant colonial style of the hotel , the styling of the staff, the atmosphere on the wonderful terrace. The rooms are just simply amazing, as I work from there I could enjoy the spacious desk and also have my meetings there. The view, the sunrise, I am an early bird, amazing. As the place just opened, you will always see the GM David, walking around, checking if all is fine. The breakfast is very special, if you order a special breakfast you should really be hungry. But really worth it. Well done!
