Everything was great : the bedroom was big and really comfortable with AC, the terrace in front of the room is really a plus, the restaurant and beach bar were perfect, food was really good and beverage also, the access to longchairs on the beach, the proximity with the beach and everything you need, we enjoyed every moment! Also, all the staff was so kind, really concerned and attentive to our need, we highly recommend this resort

We arrived dead tired after a very long travel day, and were so happy that we booked a night at D & N! The owner is so kind and made us feel right at home. Good wifi, a/c, warm shower, and comfy bed. There's a restaurant right next door with good food, and the ferry to Malapascua is no more than 5 minutes away. Perfect for a stop-over before or after the island!

Nestled just behind the vibrant main waterfront area, Buena Vida offers a serene and tranquil retreat. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, especially when my friend encountered some travel issues—they truly exemplified exceptional hospitality. The rooms were beautifully designed, with fantastic outdoor spaces that made it easy to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the seamless access to their sister resort’s beachfront restaurant, which became our go-to spot for delicious breakfasts and leisurely moments by the water. Buena Vida perfectly blends convenience, comfort, and outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would gladly return for another stay!

What a beautiful resort. I travelled here with my Filipina wife and we loved every minute. We rented a beachfront villa with orivate pool - so lovely. The room was huge and just such a lovely place to sleep in. The restaurant and staff were excellent.

1. The owners are super friendly＆ service warmly 2. Such low price but with hot shower ＆ AC 3. Big ＆ clean room 4. Beach on the back， good for take a walk around for the sun rise ＆ see how fishers work 5. Delicious ＆ fresh food 6. Safe ＆ friendly local neighborhood。 Good to see how the local live 7.It＇s just around 15 mins walk to Tapilon port （boat to the paradise Carnaza island）。4 KMS to Maya port。 I＇ll look foward to stay here again

The staff and the whole resort. We had a great holiday here (5nights as part of our 3 week trip) and did 4 days of diving. I wish I could call this island my home because wauw! The resort was a bit slow, as we were there just when high season started. This was very nice for the personal attention. The restaurant is very good with great staff and food. Also the welcome we got was so sweet! Thank you, exotic.

This place just opened, thats why there are only a few reviews. The hosts were so lovely and kind. The rooms were superclean and large enough for our stuff. We only stayed one night and the next day the host drove us to the ferry. (He even offered to drive us to a restaurant the night before but we decided to walk).

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher...

Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.
