This is a small hotel ran by mostly family with a few staff. This gives the hotel a very comfortable and homey feel. The breakfast options are all delicious especially the tocino and longganisa (they don't use red food dye!) All the staff and owners are wonderful and my family had such a cozy stay. The shuttle service to the beach was always available and the staff went above and beyond to help me get a cake for my dad at 11pm at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minshuku KCS Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, polite, and hospitable employees who made us feel right at home. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services at a very cheap price, which was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our experience was the reliable service provided by the hotel’s staff. We ventured to a very far location, and our knowledgeable driver went above and beyond by not only ensuring a smooth and safe journey, but also serving as our tour guide along the way. His insights into the area and local culture made the trip even more enjoyable, and his attentiveness and care made us feel completely at ease. We also had the joy of celebrating New Year with the wonderful staff. It felt like a warm home away from home, as everyone joined in the festivities and made the occasion extra special. When we requested a dinner at the viewing deck, the staff went above and beyond to make it an awesome dining experience. They served our food and made sure to stay nearby to check if we needed anything, ensuring we had everything we wanted. Their thoughtful and attentive service made the meal even more memorable. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed including extending our stay for another few hours and also extending our rent for the motorbike which was super helpful. The also helped where the best place and where they recommend us to eat. The location is up a hill but it was okay for us as the it was in a quiet place with the best view but not only that the white beach was nearby and also a resturant called luna with italian food which was really nice. There was also a beach right infront of the hotel across the road and into the trees which was more peaceful than the white beach so at this location you really had best of both worlds.

The main reason why you should book this property is the owner. Florian is a great guy who will invite you to join him and his friends for trips or beers. The place is circa 200 meters from the beach which is perfect because it’s really calm and quite there. And the in-house restaurant is really good and cheap. Florian is a pro chef/butcher and it shows.

The location is great, only 4 min away from White Beach. There are also many local restaurants around the property. Annabel, her sister and the owner Jed are always available to make your stay impeccable. They helped me to rent a scooter and gifted me with an ice cream and pizza! There is a shower, toilet paper and a towel in my room. A huge thank you to make my stay in Puerto Galera memorable.

I loved this hotel. The room (suite with balcony) was excellent. Lovely staff. 2 small but adequate outdoor pools. Fantastic food which is excellent value-for-money. Very handy location for Sabang. Nice view of the bay area.
