In Jawor you won't find a lot of tourists or fancy...
In Jawor you won't find a lot of tourists or fancy restaurants, it even difficult to find a souvenir shop. It's a nice small town with a lot of German architecture that survived the war, where you can feel how it is to live in the province. I stayed in Jawor four days and I mainly travelled to other places around. Jawor is worth a visit of half day, to visit the mainly wooden Church of Peace which is part of the Unesco world heritage, have a visit to the Saint Martin`s church and to the main square. Despite being an old building, the furniture in modern. Lots of space to move around, have your stuff, and spend time when not out. Just feels like at home.
