The ambience and decoration was really beautiful and the staff was exceptionally nice. The food in the restaurant was divine and breakfast had a good variety of food for all tastes. The overall prices outside of the package are adequate too. Everywhere we went in the facilities, it was super cozy and warm even though it was freezing outside.

The most ideal location in covilha, easy access to busses out of town, completely peaceful, housing the best restaurant in town with the cleanest most fresh pool, extremely nice staff and excellent service. Only minor drawback was that breakfast didn't start until 8.30 and we get up at 6.30 and there was no coffee in the room 😬 Everything else was just perfection
