We booked Quinta do Pedregal for 4 nights for my birthday trip. Our stay was simply excellent ! Our room/lodge was so cosy, clean and made/decorated with taste. The staff and their attention to details and to their clients was exceptional, we felt well taken care of. They spoke to us in our native language the whole time, they were all kind and super helpful. Special thank you to Raphaela. The spa amenities were amazing too and clean. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and also for one dinner we had there was made with fresh ingredients only and was wonderful. Thank you again !

For a quiet relaxed time away Dourwin exceeds every expectation. Breakfast great and on site restaurant limited menu but first class dining. All staff friendly but unobtrusive, responsive to any requests. Site right alongside the river with steep hill access. Strongly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Very cozy, spacious, and clean, with a breathtaking view of the Douro River. The house is full of history and a unique atmosphere, and here we truly felt the spirit of Portuguese culture. Everything is perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay. Paula is a really good host, very helpful. She took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, including an amazing breakfast! Paula keeps the house and surroundings spotless, really nice! Porto, airport and beautiful Braga is easy to reach from Covelo, it is a perfect location for visits to cities along the coast, Duoro river and North. We hope to be back!
