The staff were so lovely and helpful After reading other’s reviews of this having the best buffet breakfast- I had to experience it for myself and I would say the same! Loved all the local breakfast options- taste sensation! I also booked myself in for a massage at the spa and was loving it so much that I extended it for another hour of absolute BLISS . Ask for REMELYN 🤩 she was amazing! So Thankyou so so much for a wonderful stay … I’ll definitely be back Oh and the bed was super comfy too!

Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.
