Everything about this hotel is flawless and would recommend to anyone. Cleanliness is outstanding. The hotel is not that far from the airport bus (depending on which bus you take 15 mins walk from the last bus stop of A1 shuttle bus.) Sauna was a plus as well as having a small gym.

It was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and polite and always offered to help us with any issues we had. The rooms were very clean and nice, and housekeepers did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and had variety, I enjoyed it! In the room, we also found coffee capsules, tea, and a kettle (didn't use them because we aren't coffee or tea drinkers). The location is awesome since we were close enough to many tourist attractions, like Kamelegdan Fortress, Republic Square (is located right next to the hotel), Chocolate Museum, or Knez Mihailova Street. Even though there were many restaurants nearby and a lot of people, we never had issues with noise. I must mention another thing, the fact that the staff from reception helped us with calling a taxi when we checked out and left to the airport, taxi which arrived in 3-4 minutes, from a taxi company which is safe and the driver was also nice. All in all, they definitely deserve 10 out of 10! Thank you, Hotel Museum! If I ever come back to Belgrade, I will choose you again!

The number one rank goes to the people of Serbia, very...

The number one rank goes to the people of Serbia, very friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The city is fantastic with many historical structures, good parks and two rivers passing through- Danube and Sava. Plenty of good restaurants around and the food was superb and price was reasonable. It is easy to get around with good bus service and taxis.

Belgrade is a busy city with lots of traffic. It is difficult to find parking. However, the people are friendly, and the city seems very safe. We walked around a lot after dark in various parts of the city and never once felt unsafe. There are some good sites to visit, including the old fortress, and a very large, beautiful Orthodox cathedral. Within reasonable driving distance are sites worth visiting, such as Golubac Castle.

Green, beautiful and peaceful place to stay, beautiful architecture, friendly people, delicious and varied food in many and sophisticated restaurants. Beautiful alleys for walking or cycling around the Danube and Sava, possible boat trips.

Everything was great! First of all: 1. Host Goran is a really nice man. He helped with registration, which must be for any tourist who come to Serbia. Showed me a map where were the best places in Belgrade 2. Location was excellent. To the tourist centre Old Town is about 15-20 mins by walk or on any number of tram for 5-10 min, near flat are placed beautiful parks and architecture buildings 3. Flat's has everything for a good living: kitchen staff, washing machine, wifi , large TV with Android TV console

Lovely hotel, lovely SPA, great breakfast. Room was extremely clean and huuuge, bathroom especially spotless and specious. I travelled with my family, two adults, two kids- extra bed was available as per request in advance. Really enjoyed our stay at the Hayatt Regency Belgrade, Serbia. We will come back again! It’s the best hotel I have ever stayed . There is someone in reception 24/7 , always helpful with a smile in their faces . Everything was as I expected from what I had read . The room I stayed in was the Junior Suite , it was exactly like the pictures . I didn’t face any problem . I will stay there again in my next trip to Serbia .

They are providing the best and cheapest auto park service in belgrade.If you rent a car in belgrade parking is a huge problem and they helped us about it. On the other hand all employees speak english very fluent and they help you about everything that you need in serbia. I would love to recommend this place to stay.
