This hotel was in a quiet area a couple of kms out of town which suited us as it was an easy stop between Oslo and Copenhagen Airport. The town was lovely and an easy drive in for dinner. Breakfast was included in the price.

It is well worth staying at this small hotel for several nights. It is charming, well-located to the University city of Lund and in the middle of the Sweden equestrian world. There is even a little winery just down the road.

If you book the sweet deluxe make sure you get the sweet deluxe yourself - it's not acceptable to live with strangers in an open plan but otherwise top of the line. The garage extension we were given and shown was minimini but works fine for an overnight stay.

I like that part of Skåne and the goal of this trip was to install my daughter for a year of university studies at Flyinge Kungsgård. You might have to be a horse person to really appreciate Flyinge as a sole destination.
