The property was really nice and really gorgeous the breakfast had a la carte with also a small buffet with other stuff which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. What we liked was the billiard and other games available for guests!

The old manor is beautifully renovated and the interior is so nice, clean and cozy with many amenities. The shared living room and the breakfast kitchen makes you feel at home instantly, and the hosts Lina and Karl were so lovely. The homemade breakfast was outstanding and of high quality. We received many hints for what to do on our last day in Sweden on the way to Stockholm. Thank you so much for everything.!

A quiet and safe city with a lot of immigrants.

A quiet and safe city with a lot of immigrants. Nice city center with a promenade along the sea that looks like a river. Beautiful surroundings with lakes. I was impressed by "Torekällberget", which is not promoted anywhere, but is better than "Skansen" (which is too expensive). Good public transport network.

A very cute and scenic town just a short train journey from...

A very cute and scenic town just a short train journey from Stockholm. Getting around Sodertalje was very easy as the public transport was frequent and operates by the same operator as the one in Stockholm and its other suburban neighbourhoods. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the town.

Well it is a Hotel mostly frequented by construction workers...

Well it is a Hotel mostly frequented by construction workers as it is situated in the middle of nowhere in an industrial region that is currently under construction. So there are many construction sites around. But the rooms are nice and clean and the beds are good and breakfast was included. Most important for us was the location as it was just a 45 minutes drive to Stockholm or Eskilstuna and just a 30 minutes drive to Mariefred. And also Uppsala was just a 90 minutes drive away. We liked the Hotel and would recommend it for the location. We spent 7 nights here.

Me and my grandmother both said that this was our best stay out of the once we visited. I think the fact that it was an old, but well maintained house and area, with a soul contributed a lot. The water, the flowers. Truly recommend! It is also fairly close to the train station Södertälje Syd with easy access to Stockholm for those that wish (though we had a car this time).

For me was shock on the start that Hotel is without any staff (reception etc.). But on the end I was positive surprised that everything work like should be.
