After having fled from a horrible, claustrofobic and dirty “hotel” in Gamla Stan, we were more than heartwarmingly welcomed at the front desk by Fredrik. He gave us a wonderful and very clean room (upgraded ) - and the rest of the staff turned out to be as helpful and smiling as him. Breakfast was delicious, the bar funky and cozy at the same time and Rivals staff and beautiful interior made a short trip Copenhagen-Stockholm go from a holiday in hell to a holiday in Heaven.

10/10. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The provided a steamer for the clothes, hair dryer, ear plugs, toothpaste and toothbrushes kits, bath robes and even a mini cocktail bar. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, that sitting on them after a long day felt like a hug. Definitely the best hotel I've ever been to. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their storing room before check in and after check out, so we wouldn't have to carry them around in the city until our flight.

It is nice place, in quiet area, really helpful staff. Would recommend to add tea and oil, because there was coffee, but not tea. if want to cook, would be great to have some oil. and missing lid for pan. the rest was really great. Thanks!

Very comfortable place, good location and amazing staff. It's the second time I stay at Cityliving- Umami and I had all support from Ludimila and speacially Kim, who is always ready to help and assist, a real gentleman.

Sundbyberg is an average-sized, quiet, well-maintained town, but it is well-connected, so you can quickly reach central Stockholm and many other tourist attractions in the area by public transport.

I'm traveling for work; the neighborhood is nice, with many restaurants and shops (be careful, many don't accept cash and don't warn you). There are metro and train stops nearby for getting to the city center, which takes about 12-15 minutes. The neighborhood is clean and safe.

large rooms, the price is good, wifi needs to be better, loses signal several times per hour, however, short but disturbs, for example, movies, work, etc., the staff is good and nice, large elevator, laundry facilities, tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen - worn out

Feels like a nice and reasonably large city, where the pace is not too fast and where there are not so many people everywhere. Felt a bit like coming "home" when you were in central Stockholm. Good communications.

The hotel was very helpful in getting all information out to me before I arrived. They communicated via WA and email, so there was never any issue I would accidentally miss the information needed. They also included additional info on the surrounding areas and how to get around the place. The room was clean and so comfortable. I loved that they provided comcast! The metro was a 5 min walk and the train, tram and bus station a mere 10min walk. I would stay here again definitely.

Super cozy, fresh, clean and inviting! The host was super welcoming and very eager to help you if you had any questions! I was by my own most of the time, which was respected, which I really appreciate! Area was close to Rissne subway station, which you can take a bus to with only 2 stations to pass. All around, very nice place to stay if you aim to be around the Sundbyberg area!
