the hotel interiors and views were amazing! you can even book activities with them. it exceeded our expectations for a 4-star hotel. one of the best hotels in town. they even gave us a little surprise for our honeymoon!

The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, towels soft and the room was spotless. Customer service was excellent. The staff were lovely. The grounds were beautiful with views of the Alps. The hotel is also close to town and the 1920’s furnishings are beautifully done. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was the best I have had in a very long time. It was superb!

The property is only a short 2 minute walk to the centre of Bovec. It’s totally new and very spacious and well appointed kitchen stove, cooktop , dishwasher and fridge facilities. Amazing view from the balcony to sit and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nice big shower and bathroom. We stayed here 4 nights and loved it. The washing machine was great and handy for anyone like us on a longer holiday.

A beautiful serene setting, well appointed rooms with full kitchens and lovely outdoor terrace. Very happy with the free electric bikes and the kind receptionist setting up the barbeque for us ( though we couldn't work it out in the end). The staff were very accommodating and the location and gardens really gorgeous.

Log pod Mangartom is an excellent base for all adrenaline activities. It’s a small place without nightlife, making it an ideal location for sports and outdoor enthusiasts. There are many foreigners, and it is filled with positive energy because the natural surroundings make you forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I recommend early morning walks as the freshness, scents, meadows, and mountains will leave you breathless with their beauty.

No restaurants at all available (back in 2018 in Hotel...

No restaurants at all available (back in 2018 in Hotel Alpine there were awesome pizzeria), no shops - nearest is 12 km away in Bovec, church bells wake you up in 7 AM. Surrounding area is extraordinary beautiful, air is and water are first class.

In my opinion, there were too few restaurants and food...

In my opinion, there were too few restaurants and food options. In addition, there is not enough slow-moving road traffic, which is dangerous for pedestrians, and there are no sidewalks. Poor road conditions in neighboring Strmec and Predel. The desolation of the building in Predel is also sad, especially for cyclists, of which there are many from both directions.

A small village surrounded by high mountains, streams,...

A small village surrounded by high mountains, streams, hiking trails, waterfalls. The nature is enchanting. If someone wants to try paragliding in the village there is a landing site. There was a front in the village during World War I, so history lovers have something to see.

The description of the room was not correct.

The description of the room was not correct. Unfortunately it was an attic room, without a balcony. There was a kitchen, but almost nothing could be used. The refrigerator had to be moved. There wasn't even a glass to drink from. This is basic in a kitchen. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. But expensive compared to the service.
