Wow… where do I even begin? Matjaž and his wife are the kind of hosts that make you feel like you’ve just been welcomed into the home of old friends. What was meant to be just a quick overnight stop on our road trip turned into a wonderful little journey of discovering Koper and getting a true taste of Slovenian hospitality at its very best. The apartment was sparkling clean, cozy, and a fantastic value. The location was perfect for exploring Koper, Piran, and other nearby gems. And being on the ground floor was a total win, especially when we were hauling our mountain of luggage from the car! If you’re traveling through this part of Slovenia, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t just find a place to sleep — you’ll find people who make you feel at home.

Brand new, super clean and bright hotel. We booked it for two nights, and it is a great base for exploring the stunning Slovenian coast, as it also has a parking space included. The TV in the room was huge, a big plus if you want to relax with some shows in the evening. When we arrived, there was a mistake with migrating bookings' data between systems since the hotel switched them in the meantime of our booking and arrival (we booked three months early). As a result, we could not have the room for the first night due to full capacity. We would like to commend the professionalism of the front desk as they immediately arranged for us a room in a different hotel of a much higher class, in the old town right next to the marina. We were happy with this arrangement, and it was as pleasurable to stay the other night back in Capris as well. Thank you!

This was a lot minute stop as I was riding a motorcycle and got caught in a thunderstorm and this was the nearest place to take refuge. Check in was quick and easy. The room was huge - we had a suite. It was fun to have a casino to go to to pass the time during this unplanned stop.
