OUTDOOOOOOR :-) Perfect view to the mountains, endless MTB trails, picturesque small river, nature pure. The room was spacious and extremly clean equipped with a set for tea. There were also maps and other infos about the territory. Enormous home-made breakfast, incredibly friendly hosts, who invited us for a self-made dinner. Interesting stories about the surroundings. Great pizza&panna cotta down by the river.

Great apartment for a group of 4. Very fresh and clean. Suprising amount of kitchen equipment, well suited for preparing your own meals. Terrace with grill and dining table nicely prepared for our use. Located in a Beautiful and peaceful area by the nadiza river, great place for a summer bath. Would definitely come back.

It was a beautiful location surrounded by nature. It was nice to unwind away from all the crowds. We felt very welcome! And enjoyed a welcome drink at the bar. The room was clean and it has everything you will need on your stay. Highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean and attention to detail, a very well run hotel. The breakfast was excellent with many of the items homemade. Sitting outside eating breakfast was a pleasure in itself. Possibly the best hotel we have stayed in. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here.

The location was great, close walk im to the town center. Close drive to activities and sights. The room was amazing as well, clean and spacious. Outdoor areas were good to relax in. Hosts were kind and made good recommendations.

The breakfast was excellent, also there is an amazing seafood restaurant at the exact same location - worth visiting. The localization is good, close to hiking trails, and also in a nice small town with good restaurants. We also had the possibility to park the car without a problem.

Cozy, clean hotel with some nice options to sit outside. The hotel has a perfect location, next to the soca river and a 15min walk to the Boka waterfall. The restaurant of the hotel served amazing food in a 4-course diner (reasonably priced too), we were pleasantly surprised by this! Breakfast was included and was also top notch.

Superb breakfast, priceless silence, beautiful scenery, and the kindness of the owner. We wish the road from the Italian side had been marked on the website, as it was so difficult to access, especially after dark.

The location is excellent, 800m from the Italian border,...

The location is excellent, 800m from the Italian border, quiet and ideal for walks and swimming in the very clean and fish-filled river (a testament to the water quality). You can cook on site, but you have to travel 25 minutes to eat at a restaurant in the picturesque village of Kobarid (KOTLAR restaurant is excellent).
