This place and the host deserves more than 10 points! Everything is done and prepared with such an attention and quality, everything is made for enjoyable and relaxed stay. We arrived late, but in the kitchen we were greeted by the fruits and home-made mint lemonade! The house looks very nice and modern, it has a terrace with small private yard and parking. The area is rural and very quiet! The aircon in the living-room was a saver during the hot day! We thank Mario and would gladly return again!

This hotel is unique and exceptional. There is no reason not to stay here. Communication with the hotel was excellent, and our welcome was warm and friendly. The hotel is totally unique, and an old building where every corner has interesting features and furniture. The long walk up the wooden stairs is wonderful. The room was light, warm, comfortable, and huge. The bed was very comfortable and views over the city. Location is also perfect. There is nothing I would change, I just recommend this place

We knew that the hotel is located on the Main Street, very close to everything so it was one of the decision makers. We visited your coffee place few times before so we were sure it will be quality guaranteed but not in our wildest dreams we were expecting such a high level of professionalism, comfort and modern amenities. We were slightly sceptic staying in an antique looking hotel (previous experiences) but everything was modern, clean, unique… truly a luxurious boutique experience. Thank you we will stay again!

The hotel is in a secluded part of the mountains right next to a ski slope. While the kids were skiing, we could take a walk or spend time in spa, play billiard or just relax. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast buffet was really rich and an animation programme for the kids was provided every day. All in all, this is a hotel where you can easily spend a week without getting bored.

It is a pity that there is such a limited possibility to est...

It is a pity that there is such a limited possibility to est or to be accomodated directly in spa, or to enjoy facilities. It was our second visit, and we finally havet to tame a taxi to reach a restaurant elsewhere or to order food via phone from elsewhere. Special cave spa was or booked or closed so from spa we saw only what you could see from street. There is no reason to stay or come back. We were dissapointed a lot. Why there is no restaurant with decent services, or cafetery or whatever sign of hospitability?

Spa is more for people who like their peace and quiet.

Spa is more for people who like their peace and quiet. There are several places to visit in the area, but it is more of a drive. There is not much to see in the area apart from the spa. A car is also more suitable for transportation to the village. Public transport works very well, but it is difficult to find

What was not built before 1989 was not.

What was not built before 1989 was not. The facilities of the location are less than modest. Everything is compensated by the environment and pleasant people. Dining options are minimal, at least in this winter season. The road to Banská Štiavnica passes through the village.
