Our stay was absolutely exceptional — truly a 10/10 experience. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The breakfast was also so nice and really added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout our stay, and Joel in particular went above and beyond by regularly checking in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Acacia Village is an oasis in Juba. The staff were, without exception, kind, welcoming and caring and go out of their way to make the Acacia a real home away from home. My cottage was roomy and comfortable and spotlessly clean with excellent airconditioning. The restaurant serves really good food with different specials every night and there is a good size pool. Their security is also excellent.

The staff are great. The Eritrean staff at the counter were lovely. James at concierge, Peter the driver. All were great. Wifi internet was very good. I was able to do video calls.
