Yangyai Garden Lodge is an absolute ripper of a spot in Koh Phangan! The rooms are top-notch – clean, comfy, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a beaut place to kick back and relax. It’s a proper oasis, just far enough from the party chaos but close enough if you’re keen for a night out. Ping, the host, is a bloody legend. He’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after, whether it’s sorting your transport or sharing local tips. If you’re after a chilled, welcoming vibe with awesome hospitality, this is the place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough! Also the host has travelled a lot and has excellent English, meaning he can and will happily explain complex details and interesting facets of thai culture. All of his recommendations were excellent. Room was very very clean and spacious. Perfect location with 7-eleven 100m from the hotel and the rest of the main market as well on walking distance. 20 minute walk to Thongsala pier for ferry back. Pool very clean and nice temperature of the water.

The staff at beachfront villas we're absolutely incredible. We felt really looked after during our stay here. The food was incredible and they even dropped it right up to our balcony so we could have a private meal! The pool was lovely and the sunbeds we're comfy. I can't compliment the staff enough with their 10/10 service and we we're able to chill out by the pool the next day while we waited for our ferry. The owner offered us the room for another night which we would have loved if we didn't have to go home. They let us keep the room to shower and change in as it was the off-season and they had no one else booked in for that night which I felt was a really nice touch and they really didn't have to do that at all as they had showers and bathrooms available beside the pool. Will definitely be returning the next time we're in Koh Phangan!
