This was our first visit to Koh Lanta and the resort. The accommodation was excellent, with extra large bed and large bright room. Bathroom was also large. We were also only about ten metres away from the beach. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. The resort restaurant also delivered good food, and you could sit on benches and tables, next to the beach. The beach area is excellent, with great bars and restaurants, enabling you to eat/drink in different places each night, if so desired. The only downside is that you would have to be up early, if you want a sun lounger on the beach, as ‘towels’ appear on them all very early….

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. Room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The host (comfortable with english) and her family are so kind and are very caring for their guests. They helped us a lot to enjoy our stay and to plan the rest of the trip. You also can book here your next expedition, a scooter,... There is a common living room where there is coffee and tea available. The house is located next to so many good restaurants (not enought time to try them all). The beautiful long beach is a 5 minutes walk away which is very nice for swimming or watching the sunset before going to eat or have a drink. We recommend this place !

We had such a wonderful stay at the Teak House😍 Clean, cozy and romantic bungalows within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and the beach. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Totally recommended!

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was really nice snd helpful, helping me to organise transportation and they had really good laundry service. The pool is lovely especially since the beaches are not so great for swimming and there are many cheeky monkeys so I spend a lot of time at the pool and loved it. Great value for money, would always come again 😊

Gorgeous location.

Gorgeous location. Great for families or people not needing a party outside their door. Plenty of tour providers to keep your days well occupied (shoutout to Goodtime travel for being the best service I’ve seen in a long time). Highly recommend Mons cooking school too - so much fun. Take a trip down to beautiful beach for the most crystal clear water.

A lovely place to stroll and plenty of dining options in the surrounding restaurants. Scooters were readily available for rent (250-300 baht per day) for getting around. The taxis and tuk-tuks at the pier are overpriced. A ferry ride about 500 meters from the pier costs approximately 80-100 baht. The same fare from the pier is 400 baht.

Cha-Ba Bungalows was the most expensive and worst...

Cha-Ba Bungalows was the most expensive and worst accommodation of our trip. We stayed at seven different properties over five weeks and this really stood out as the least expensive. It was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend Cha-Ba bungalows to anyone.

Good transport links, many restaurants, shopping facilities, and a walking street in the area near the pier every evening. Very long sandy beach, also with many small restaurants and massage parlors.
