Impeccable in every aspects including philosophy of managing a mid-priced hotel. I talked to Rainy many times that she may not know when she said it, but I recognized the philosophy of hotel management. Rainy and Nunu were very helpful and caring. Nunu explained why there are elephant sanctuaries and it changed my perspective on playing with the elephants. They offer good tours too, so you don't have to wander around looking for a better tour. A bit away from the old town but you can borrow a nice bicycle for free. I extended my stay and I'm definitely going back.

Very good experience! The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms were extremely clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard who arranged all the transportation and trips. They also organized the airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure much easier. The surroundings are beautiful, and the pool provides a nice space to relax. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend it!

Everything was excellent, from comfort, facilities, staff, breakfast to the very central location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and gave us even suggestions about our daily activities, we really enjoyed talking with them about the Thai culture. The breakfast was amazing!

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to celebrate the festival with guests by preparing a flower Kratong for each room, allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities together. The breakfast was excellent, with a different menu each day. Complimentary water and snacks were readily available in the hotel. The hotel had a low occupancy, making it very quiet. Most importantly, the shower was powerful and temperature of the shower was stable. Overall a very good impression towards the hotel.
