One of our favourite hostels during our 10 month trip. Anjar is an incredible host - he kindly greeted us at the pier and made us feel immediately welcome. The property overlooks a tropical garden with the most magical terrace. We spent our time watching the rain and enjoying nature whilst drinking a coffee, or morning yoga using their complimentary mats! It’s in a quieter area, immersed in nature… Anjar can have a scooter delivered to you on arrival if you want to explore the island. This place is truly magical and I wish we could return.

The location was close to the ferry, the breakfast was very good (awazing waffles). It is next to the beach and we could enjoy the beautiful sunset view. Also, there is a restaurant on the beach that has good prices and delicious food, so we could enjoy some dinners in the resort.

Lipa Noi is beautiful.

Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach. Closer ti the resort was the Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations People are so friendly and accommodating.

When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to...

When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

We initially booked four days and extended it to six, which says it all! With the scooter and excursions in addition to taxis, we didn't get bored while being far from the bars and crowds, surrounded by nature!

The property and its tropical garden are very pleasant.

The property and its tropical garden are very pleasant. The restaurant is of good quality and serves excellent food. We tried other restaurants nearby, which were a bit cheaper, but not as good (we had stomach problems!). The resort is quite far from other points of interest on the island, but it's easy to get around by taxi or scooter.

There's a great restaurant, Chill Inn, on Lipa Noi beach.

There's a great restaurant, Chill Inn, on Lipa Noi beach. But you can't take a pleasant walk on the beaches of Lipa Noi; the entire beach is covered in trash and fish waste. We were glad to get away.

Beach fronted villa was excellent. We had the end one so nice and peaceful. We used sun loungers on the beach directly outside our villa. The beach is lovely and not dirty. The breakfast is very good and tastes fresh. Staff are very friendly. Wifi is good. Netflix on TV. We ordered room service most days and it was really tasty. There is a massage on site or a short walk away on the beach. The nearest 7/11 is about a 15min walk away. The hotel is in a very quiet area but that suited us.

Hendrik and Waran are very kind and friendly hosts. They provided us with everything we needed, organized a motorcycle and helped us out in other occasions as well. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped. The location itself is quiet. It is perfect for getting off the sometimes busy streets of Ko Samui and staying in reaching distance of beaches, bars and restaurants.

Good location, very atmospheric, peaceful and quiet, the beach is nearby. I recommend rent a scooter, it is much more comfortable, you can rent it at the hotel. The rooms are very clean! The owners are very nice people. Delicious and large breakfast with a plate of fruit. We were in September, the weather is comfortable, there are few people on the beach.
