My stay at the studio was very good, and I was happy with everything. It's a really calm and comfortable place, which made the atmosphere very relaxing. The location is great, and having secure parking was a big plus. The host was friendly and helpful, and we had good communication too.

Everything about Dar Hkaïm is absolutely perfect. Toutou went out of his way to help and there was always someone cleaning, caring or just greeting and ask how I am doing. The extra effort was never to much for him and I will definitely recommend Dar Hkaïm without any doubt. The room is very beautiful with its own Tunisian traditional touch created by Toutou. I like the possibilities of preparing your own meal in the kitchen and the lovely blue yard where you can mediate or have a cup of coffee between the Blue coloured walls. It gives you such a positive energy with a lot of peace.

During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Fantastic guesthouse in a great location in Hammam Sousse. The rooms are comfortable, and shared bathroom and shower is clean with proper amenities. What takes this stay from great to amazing, though, is the host Toutou. He really goes above and beyond to help his guests feel at home. He even brought us along to a local Tunisian wedding, which ended up being a big highlight of our time in the country! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone in the area.

Toutou was very helpful with providing me with easy to understand directions to the hotel location. Thanks to his knowledge of Sousse and the surrounding places to visit, I decided to visit Jem the next day. I highly recommend staying at Dar Hakeim as it is a very quiet and a comfortable location, and it's a great place to come back to relax after a day of traveling around and seeing the sites. A great overall experience to say the least!

Toutou was very kind. He picked me up from the main road and offered me to stay in an accessible apartment since the hostel has two stairs in the entrance, which was very kind. Thank you for welcoming me in Hammam Sousse!
