The hotel is in a good location. A few minutes away from the airport and also very close to the center (Medina, Habib Bourguiba avenue). The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff are so friendly and cordial. We felt like home. Special thanks to Fatma, she was so friendly and helpful. If l have a chance to visit Tunisia again l definitely choose this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Staff was kind and attentive. (They offered me a room with a balcony, and phoned me as soon as I entered the room to check if everything was fine. They also spoke to me in a timly manner to see if there was anything they could do, for example lending a wine opener.) The location was unbeatable. The facility was traditionally decorated yet modern and clean. I have already booked my next stay in January.

Everything! -Friendliest staff ever and super helpful especially Kholoud & Mehdi & the parking lot gentlemen. - breakfast was good - room was spacious and comfortable for rest - location excellent especially if you have business in the lake area.
