Everybody is so nice and helpful. We had a late check in and the girl from the front desk was truly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was really tidy. The hotel is near the entrance of the museum, 5 minutes walk. It was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Walking distance to the Pamukkale travertines and great eateries around. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. In the morning we watched the hot air balloons float by at our room’s balcony. It was magical!

This is a marvellous hotel in Pamukkale. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are lovely without any smells. The bathroom is very good and the internet is stable! The staff are responsive - they will help and tell you about everything. We initially checked into another hotel located close to the travertines, but we had to move from there to here, and it was the best decision! It's better to walk a little further to the travertines and enjoy this excellent hotel, rather than stay closer and suffer!

Great location, with the view to Cotton Castle and really close to one of the gates. Very helpful and friendly staff, they help to arrange airport transfer and give you all advices you need. The hotel has a swimming pool (unfortunately it was closed, as we visited the place in a low season) and the terrace with restaurant, where they also serve delicious breakfast. Highly recommended! 😊

The Hotel location is tremendous. It is just a 5-minute walk from the Travertines of Pamukkale and just a 10-second walk from the bus stop. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The offices of different bus services are also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is run by a family and they are very friendly. All-day coffee, tea and water are free. And if you want breakfast at the rooftop restaurant just pay a small amount, at our time it was 5 euros and at that price, it is the best option.

Everything. The owner Husain and his wife and son were amazing hosts. They made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. Food was excellent. Owner's wife topnotch cooke. Will highly recommend this establishment when traveling to Pamukkele. We will definately go back there. Value for money and more.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great room, we were staying for just one night and it was just what we needed. Great to have the pool to cool off in when we arrived in the afternoon heat. We went on an early hot air balloon ride over Pamukkale after visiting at sunset the night before. I would recommend doing both. Breakfast was fabulous. Thoroughly recommend
