Location fantastic. Right near the metro and tram. Very clean hotel new and modern. Very nice staff especially Mehmet, he was so welcoming friendly and made us feel so comfortable during our stay, always helpful and always made an effort. Amazing stuff, so friendly, amazing cleaning, thanks to Sabina, good breakfast, they care a lot and give you everything needed (we asked for extra-chair, pillow), and everything was provided quickly. Really clean, they change towels everyday, give you complimentary water. Hot water and coffee in lobby available during the whole day.
