Best experience during my layovers EVER! Reception was the nicest person who helped us in the best way! First he suggest that we better use the Taxi rather that shuttle which was way cheaper! (11Euro with tip by Uber and takes 20min) The breakfast is available from 07:00 but we wanted to leave by 06:00 so he prepared fresh cup of coffee which taste like heaven! And two sandwiches as was not possible to habe breakfast Around the Hotel there are several restaurants reachable by foot that we enjoyed Kebabs So we would recommend definitely ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in between flights. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from Sabiha airport. I really enjoyed my spacious room with a large balcony with lovely view. It is very important for me to exercise in the sun with privacy and beauty. The bedding was of the highest quality, too. The swimming pool, thermal jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage rooms and mud rooms cater for men and women separately. In addition to these areas, there is a large mixed thermal pool for both disabled and healthy people. All the facilities are very clean and cozy. After leaving I was allowed to use the thermal pool for free. The thermal water is amazing and really helps with fatigue and stress. The hotel works closely with Booking.com and does its best to fulfil the expectations and needs of the guests, the staff are very kind and attentive. This caring attitude is very important to me as a customer.

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top...

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top (cash only it was 12 TL each) and goes to the marina (viaport mall) you can get off at the marmaray station if you want train into the city. It is very frequent and the bus stop is at the entrance to the complex. Migros jet is there too, but closes at 9pm. Local people were very helpful, just ask if you need to know where things are. We used Google translate a lot. We had dreadful weather for the last 2 days but went to Viaport by bus as there was shopping and loads of restaurants for us. If using the marmaray consider getting an Istanbul Kart for train,metro,tram etc, makes travelling easy. The city was about 1 hour away by train once you got to the Marmaray station. The local people are incredibly well behaved on public transport, very polite and we usually had a seat ( it’s busy and we are old!) we are not used to such behaviour, no one found it necessary to have loud conversations on their phone, eat drink and generally make a nuisance of themselves as is normal in the UK.

The staff, especially Ms. Beyza at the reception, were extremely welcoming and professional. We had a misunderstanding with airport shuttle due to my phone not been connected to wi fi. We caught a taxi to the hotel but still paid the hotel for shuttle. The manager of the hotel then upgraded our room and provided extra bottled water to compensate which was a nice jesture. The room has a lovely view. We had a nice breakfast included. Staff in hotel and restaurant were friendly.

I found it by chance, but I definitely added it to my list. I don’t know what to say, I’ve never seen a hotel that is so attentive to its guests. The staff is amazing, the rooms are excellent, the airport is very close and there is no traffic. Whatever you expect from a hotel, it’s all here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Its just on the outskirts of Istanbul with good public transport connections. And its a 5 minutes walk to the sea with a lot of day and nightlife. Great fish restaurants. The rooms are perfect and clean.
